Solution

A purpose-built finance dashboard that connects P&L, unit economics, and retention into a single view — benchmarked against AI SaaS companies at the same ARR stage, with drill-downs that explain the why behind every number.

Developers running production pipelines had no visual layer that matched the complexity of what they were operating. Failures were buried in logs, environments required CLI expertise, and no existing tool gave teams a clear read on infrastructure health without significant manual effort.

Solution

I came in as the founding designer with nothing to inherit and built everything from zero: research, design system, core product flows, and a live marketing website — giving developers a single interface to monitor pipelines, diagnose failures, and manage environments without leaving the browser.

• Designed and shipped an end-to-end platform, brand identity, and marketing website as the sole designer on the founding team

• 12% monthly bounce rate reduction by connecting Hotjar and updating high drop-off sections

Enterprise organizations like Damen and DLL were managing vast asset portfolios with tools never built for that purpose. Without a dedicated platform, teams relied on manual processes, data silos, and complex workarounds that slowed operations and limited scale.

Solution

I joined Purple Unity with no existing design and full scope to build from scratch. Research shaped the direction, an atomic design system gave the platform a scalable foundation, and I designed every core flow before moving into brand identity and a marketing website built entirely from zero.

Results

• Full platform, brand, and website delivered as the sole designer.

• User retention increased 24% post-launch.

• Enterprise clients including Damen and DLL fully onboarded onto the platform.

Problem

Leadership could see AI spend in Claude Console but couldn't answer the question that mattered: is this making engineers faster? Token counts and API costs told them nothing about session quality, command efficiency, or which workflows were generating the most output per dollar spent.

Solution

I built a metrics dashboard that sat above Console and translated raw usage data into productivity signals — commands run per session, avg session length by engineer, token consumption by project and repo, and a cost-per-PR metric that tied AI spend directly to shipping velocity. Teams could benchmark themselves and replicate high-output patterns.

Results

• Average time to first PR dropped by 28% after engineers started optimising based on their own session data.

• Cost per feature dropped by 24% in the first quarter.

• The org stopped guessing and started making deliberate decisions about how AI spend mapped to engineering output.

Problem

The platform worked but users could not find their way around it. Navigation had too many levels, the AI assistant lacked a clear entry point, and every core flow from onboarding to campaign launch had friction that was losing users before they reached value.

Solution

I ran a heuristic evaluation to identify the critical issues, redesigned navigation and core user flows for clarity, and validated the new structure with tree testing before anything was built.

Results

• Navigation redesign, 4 core flow improvements, and full visual identity refresh delivered

• Tree testing success rate up from 54% to 89%

• 40% reduction in core flow completion time

• 76 NPS post-launch from existing users
